The brief for this project was to radically refacade and modernise a tired and dated office building in Finisklin Business Park, Sligo. This had to be completed on a tight budget and a tight time frame due to lease aggreements. The building sits on top of hill overlooking a number of surronding builfings maintaining a prominent position in the surronding landscape.

A kinsspan rainscreen facade is used with a large set of bisoke verticle louvers in front on the main entrance.. The windows are framed with large red reveals serving to break up the front elevation. In total the reskin cost less than €190,000 and was delivered in less than 5 months.

The design of the reskin and management of build was delivered in 2018 by Conor Boyle of CBDS.
